Runscope has some support for multipart forms or other binary file uploads depending on which product you're using.
The request editor does not support uploading files. However, some customers have been able to make file uploads work by pasting in a raw multipart-formatted body or unicode string input body into the request and making sure to include the applicable 'Content-type' header value with the correct boundaries. Here are some examples for building a multipart/form-data POST request.
Requests made through Runscope URL gateways that contain multipart data are passed through unmodified. The metadata about the files that were relayed will be displayed when viewing the request details.
The request editor and retries from the Traffic Inspector do not currently support file uploads. Additionally, request and response bodies larger than 1 MB are not saved for viewing after the request has been sent.
